Starting this lovely book today! For those of you who aren’t aware, it isn’t actually a diet…more of a nutrition book/program guide. I’m super excited to get started and finally get my eating in check. My first week of college living/eating in the dining hall wasn’t terrible but it’s ridiculously easy to see how the “freshman 15” happens in a place like this.
I’ve been here for around 10 days now and I made it to the gym 4 times. I haven’t eaten horrific amounts or binged on straight carbs (or fried foods) yet, but I just don’t feel good about how I look or eat. I have an awesome gym and all of the right resources…it’s just about wanting it bad enough to use them.
